 Delivery Notice:

• For Fireplaces:  A logistics company ships the fireplace.  large items are shipped on pallets, the carrier will make an appointment by phone in advance and deliver it to your door. The placement location is determined by the entry and exit of the transport vehicle and the download space of the cargo. You must inspect the outer packaging for damage or squeeze on site and sign for confirmation.
• For small parcels:  we ship with Fedex or DHL, UPS.
